How To Use Strategy Canvas
Choose the workshop path that matches your engagement, then follow the instructions for your role.
Workshop Path 1
Individual / Live Workshop
A Facilitator leads the session in real time. Live Participants contribute ideas, discuss Value Offerings and competitor groups, complete ratings, and review the results together.
Facilitator
Organizes and guides the live session, confirms the groupings and ratings, and leads review and approval.
Live Participant
Participates during the facilitated workshop by contributing, discussing, rating, and reviewing the Strategy Canvas.
Workshop Path 2
Virtual Workshop
Virtual Participants contribute independently through secure accounts connected to the company workshop by a secure invitation. Participants must use the invitation link sent by the Facilitator and should not register directly. The Facilitator monitors completion, sends reminders, groups the combined ideas, and moves the session into review and reporting.
Facilitator
Invites the team, monitors progress, sends reminders, groups Value Offerings and competitors, and reviews the draft.
Virtual Participant
Uses the secure company workshop invitation—not public registration—to create a password or sign in, contribute independently, complete assigned ratings, and follow the session status.
Where should I begin?
For a facilitated real-time session, choose the Individual / Live Workshop path. For a distributed team contributing independently, choose the Virtual Workshop path. Facilitators use the Company Facilitator Guide; participants use the guide assigned to their workshop type.
